Albertelli Law was founded in 1997 by James E. Albertelli and is a full-service financial institution and real estate law firm serving Florida and Georgia.

Albertelli Law employs attorneys specializing in residential and commercial transactions, general corporate practice and commercial litigation.  Clients include national and regional commercial banking, national and international real estate developers, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders and brokers, major common carriers and other national and international businesses. The Firm represents officers and directors in the discharge of their official duties and provides consultation in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Albertelli personally oversees the client relationships developed by staff attorneys.
