Founder

James E. Albertelli is the founding principal of Albertelli Law. A graduate of Emory School of Law in 1994, Mr. Albertelli has continuously maintained his license in good standing in Florida and Georgia. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, the state and federal courts of Florida and Georgia.

He is also a member of the Real Property Sections of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and The Georgia Bar. He is a member of the AFN. Mr. Albertelli's practice areas include, but are not limited to, Foreclosure Law, Commercial Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy.
