Jonathan D. Sawyer, Esquire
A member in good standing with the Florida Bar, Jonathan Sawyer is the Managing Member of Albertelli Law. Working in the Tampa office, Mr. Sawyer practices in all areas of representation for real estate developers in connection with sales, acquisitions, financing, and general corporate issues for various real estate projects throughout Florida. In addition, Mr. Sawyer drafts and reviews commercial lending documents for institutional and private lenders, as well as condominium documents for new, conversion, mixed use and phase condominiums.
Prior to joining Albertelli Law, Mr. Sawyer graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Sawyer is an active member in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Division of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Sawyer currently resides with his wife, Jennifer in Tampa, Florida.
