Description:
Tampa based creditor's rights practice is seeking candidates with a interest in bankruptcy and mortgage law. Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and all applicable courts. 0-3 years experience required. The successful candidate shall serve as an associate for Bankruptcy and Foreclosure matters and must have experience with significant file volume. Responsibilities shall also include assisting with litigated foreclosure cases likely to proceed to trail requiring experience resolving issues through discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
