Litigation Associate/Attorney

Tampa Creditor's Rights practice needing an attorney experienced in handling foreclosure, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, or real property litigation. Please submit your resume to hr@albertellilaw.com.

Requirements:
Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. At least (3) years civil litigation experience, including trial experience. A candidate for this position must have experience in handling a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. This attorney will be assigned to litigated cases likely to proceed to trial. Therefore, this attorney must be familiar with resolving issues involved in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, FCCPA is a plus, but not required.
