James Clifton, Esq.

James Clifton is the Managing Attorney in the Atlanta office of Albertelli Law and oversees the firm s Georgia real estate practice. Mr. Clifton s legal practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, REO acquisitions, foreclosures, dispossessory and landlord/tenant actions, as well as real property and commercial lending litigation. In addition, Mr. Clifton has experience in personal injury litigation, comprehensive contract formation, health insurance benefits claims, and title insurance claims.

Mr. Clifton is a member of the American Bar Association and its Real Property, Trust, and Estate Section and Forum Committee on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. He is also an active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section.

Mr. Clifton graduated from the University of Georgia with Bachelor Degrees in both Psychology and Political Science. He received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
