(“Fund”), provides a network of closing agents for your use throughout Florida and Georgia.  Furthermore, our closing software allows for document generation wherever internet access is available.  With the technological and agent support of Fidelity and the Fund, we can offer the highest degree of personal attention for our clients.

Aquila Property Management, LLC (“Aquila”), just as its name suggests, is the "gold standard" in the property management business.   Aquila was formed by attorneys and professional managers with a combined property management experience spanning several decades.
