Andrew L. Fivecoat, Esq.

 

Andrew Fivecoat graduated with a BSBA in Finance and a Certificate of Completion for Risk Management / Insurance from the University of Florida. He obtained his JD/MBA degrees from Stetson University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. While at Stetson, Mr. Fivecoat clerked for The Honorable Judge James C. Dauksch, Jr. In addition, Mr. Fivecoat is a member of the Federal Bar for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.

Prior to joining the Tampa office of Albertelli Law, P.L., Mr. Fivecoat practiced as a Creditor Rights attorney for eight years focusing on foreclosure, bankruptcy and title issues throughout Florida. Mr. Fivecoat is a licensed Title Agent for Fidelity National, First American and Attorney's Title Insurance Fund.
