A member in good standing with the Florida Bar, Kathleen Ashcroft is an Associate with Albertelli Law, P.L. Ms. Ashcroft practices real estate and all areas of condominium law in the Ponte Vedra Beach office. Ms. Ashcroft oversees residential transactions, drafts contracts and participates in all areas of the condominium throughout Florida.

Ms. Ashcroft is a graduate of the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is an active member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
